Thank you for visiting our new Internet site. As an up-to-date business, we want to give you the opportunity to find out about our approach to keeping you and your dog happy. A new content management system will enable us to always keep you up to date.

At present, our web site is still under construction. We are making an effort to present you with our entire spectrum of offers as soon as possible. At this point we can provide you with information regarding our grooming services and our intended range of holistic therapies for your dog.  For example, the benefits associated with our newly imported Australian hydrobath, specially designed to simultaneously clean and massage your dog. The hydrobath is significantly beneficial to elderly and infirm dogs, as it gently eases stiff and under-used muscles.

Meet Gino!

Located in Hawick in the centre of the Scottish Borders, professionalism is key to our business. Tel: 01450 363922  Our main groomer, Tracey, has shown and groomed dogs for nearly 40 years. For the past 8 years, she has specialised in showing and, recently, judging Poodles.  She has taken the current Health and Safety Legal and Animal Welfare Act (AWA) Course and earned her certificate at the Animal Care College in Berkshire.  She is also undertaking a programme of City & Guilds Standard Continuing Professional Development at the renowned Look North Grooming School. One thing that customers can be assured of is a well-run grooming studio where the welfare of the dog is paramount.  Our holistic therapies expert, Susan has learned her skills from years of practicing  a wide variety of therapies including Reflexology (North Tyneside FE College course) and hypnosis (Elman and McKenna techniques). However, all of her experience was focussed on therapies for humans. In recent years she has found that some techniques have been specifically developed to be used on dogs (and indeed other animals) to great effect, most especially, Reiki which restores the balance  of the body.

Lily le Pup!

So to sum up: Our aim is to ensure that you, our valued customer, are reunited with a happy, well-groomed dog who has enjoyed the over-all salon experience and /or therapy session.

We also aim to provide real value for money. A pick and mix menu allows you to choose exactly what you want done for your dog which will suit your aspirations and your pocket.  For our regular valued customers, we offer a specially agreed reduction in price.

* Pet Collection and Delivery Service is available at a reasonable cost within a specified radius of Hawick. Please contact us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR THERAPIES ARE NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MEDICAL THERAPIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS AND TO DO SO WITHOUT EXPLAINING OUR REASONS.  WE CONSIDER VETERINARIANS AS ESSENTIAL IN MAINTAINING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF ANIMALS. WE HAVE GREAT FAITH IN OUR OWN VETERINARIANS AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OWNERS TO GET TO KNOW THEIR  VETS!
